The Arabic Media House in Denmark (DAMD) is the first of its kind in the country. Focusing on goal-oriented communication, we are specialized in mediating information, translation and proof-reading in Arabic.
Since 2008, DAMD has had great success running the first online Arabic news-site in Scandinavia, akhbar.dk. Not only did this news-site have a significant impact in Denmark, globally, we have been noticed as well. Our stories have been quoted in several Arabic newspapers and online media, which makes us the leading news source on Danish current affairs in the Arab world while being a vital source of information for Arabic speakers in Denmark too. In addition to the online news-site, DAMD published in September 2009 its first issue of Akhbar Al Danmark (Denmark’s News), which is an Arabic newspaper. This paper comes out monthly and includes news on current affairs, events and stories with sections both in Danish and Arabic. To sum it all up, our main goal at DAMD is to offer divisive journalism, communication services and professional translation to and from Arabic for companies and organizations, who prefer superior quality in their Arabic mediation. |
